Important Updates:
- Previous year passes are no longer valid.
- Separate applications for residential and commercial properties.
Obtaining Your Pass:
- Residential (Green Pass):
- For residents and property owners on Sanibel or Captiva.
- Requires valid ID with island address or valid ID with additional proof of residency (details on application).

- Commercial (Red Pass):
- For businesses with a physical location on Sanibel or Captiva.

Submitting Your Application:
- Email completed applications and documents to [email protected]
- Drop them off at the Sanibel Police Department (SPD) at City Hall, 800 Dunlop Road, Sanibel.
Picking Up Your Pass:
- After processing, pick up your pass at the SPD Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
