The Boat House, a beloved local business, is relocating to a larger, 3.5-acre property that will allow them to better serve their customers. The new location will feature a 20,000-square-foot boat sales and service center, which will be more than double the size of their current location.
This is great news for boaters in the area, as it will mean more selection, better service, and more convenience. The new facility will also be less intense than other uses that could have been built on the property, such as a restaurant or another gas station.
