Clayton Blackwell is a seventh generation Floridian with a deep understanding of our areas unique landscape. With an unwavering focus on the customer and a keen eye for the ever-changing market, he possesses an innate ability to navigate the business landscape with ease. Hailing from a lineage of Florida builders, his grandfather was the proud owner of Wayne Blackwell & Co, the first licensed contractor for Asbestos Abatement in the Sunshine State. They played a pivotal role in constructing the iconic Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, and their roots run deep in Miami.
After graduating from South Fort Myers High School, he obtained certification in the Marine Engine Service Program at Fort Myers Technical College. He commenced his career at Palm RV in Fort Myers during high school and worked his way up the ranks, serving in various capacities, including assistant Service Manager. Most recently, he held the position of Operations Manager at Southern Marine and RV, which happens to be the largest supplier of RV Park Model homes in the region. Clayton’s strong work ethic and can-do attitude are perfectly aligned with our core values at SUAREZ Family of Companies. On a day-to day basis, Clayton will oversee the company’s organization and financial operational process. His focus will add improvement to assisting with implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
