Also, please include your name, address, phone number and email address for our recordkeeping. In the event that more funds are collected than are necessary, a mechanism with be established to proportionally refund any excess funds. Any contributions made will not be tax deductible, and all monies raised will be kept in a separate account only for the legal services.
