Following a complete post-Hurricane Ian teardown and ground-up reconstruction of the historic Beachview Cottages, the brand-new Beachview Villas celebrated its official renaissance with an August 5 ribbon-cutting hosted by the SanCap Chamber.

The boutique Gulf-front resort originally welcomed its first guests on May 21, but the August ceremony formally commemorated the restoration of one of the island’s most enduring vacation destinations.
